Challenge
Multi-day delays waiting on paper tickets from out-of-town runs, four full days every pay period spent keying payroll, and accounts-receivable billing bottlenecks as the fleet grew.
What we built
Fleet-wide supervised iPads on mobile device management, plus custom digital field tickets, pre-trip inspections, JSAs, journey management, and time cards integrated with back-office billing and payroll.

Challenge
Separate paper forms across crane, rigging, and trucking divisions, complex California overtime rules, and rising multi-entity QuickBooks Enterprise licensing costs.
What we built
Unified mobile crane, rigging, and trucking JSAs, field and time tickets, and shop inspections with corrective-action tracking. Automated Cal OT and 40 OT and Sunburst payroll sync into QuickBooks, and a three-entity QuickBooks Enterprise versus QuickBooks Online total-cost architecture audit.

Challenge
Complex multi-rate customer field tickets that had to match the operator's stamp layout, multi-state California and Texas overtime rules, and remote server infrastructure across offices.
What we built
Custom rig tower sheets, pulling-hoist and 90-day bit inspections, and auto-priced field tickets with Sync & Save PDF routing. Multi-entity QuickBooks Desktop migration planning for 115,000+ transactions and 470+ employee records, plus WatchGuard SSL VPN, VMware ESXi, and Active Directory server administration.
Measurable results
- Customer field tickets print to the operator's exact stamp layout, with pricing filled in before the signature.
- California and Texas overtime follows the same time cards into payroll.

Commercial Waterproofing & Specialty Construction Contractor

Challenge
A nearly 10-year partnership spent closing the gaps between estimating, change orders, daily field logs, AIA progress billing, and prevailing-wage compliance.
What we built
An end-to-end digital pipeline: bid templates, work orders synced to QuickBooks estimates, field change orders and time-and-material tickets, daily work reports synced to QuickBooks job costing, then automated AIA G702/G703 billing and CA DIR certified payroll XML.

Challenge
An aging office firewall, single-ISP downtime risk, manual workstation printer setup, and remote-work security needs during tax and audit season.
What we built
A WatchGuard Firebox firewall cutover, dual-ISP static WAN migration with rollback protection, WatchGuard SSL VPN for remote staff, Windows Server Active Directory domain controller management, and automated Group Policy network printer deployment.
Measurable results
- WatchGuard Firebox cutover with a dual-ISP static WAN and a rollback path if the new circuit failed.
